Ageless Institute is a private skills-enhancement institution offering professional courses in the Beauty, Health & Wellness sector. It is not a college, university, or deemed university, and its programmes are not equivalent to degrees awarded by statutory universities.

All applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for their chosen programme. Ageless Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrolment where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided by the applicant is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Course fees are payable as specified at the time of enrolment. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in our Refund Policy. All payments must be completed within the timelines communicated by the institute.

Please note: fees paid by an applicant are solely for the purpose of acquiring skills in the enrolled course. No additional commitments, guarantees, or promises made verbally or in writing by any staff member or counsellor — beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms — shall be binding on Ageless Institute.

Ageless Institute may, from time to time, provide information about or facilitate introductions to financial institutions or education loan service providers as a convenience to applicants. However, applicants are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before opting for any education loan or financial product.

Ageless Institute does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the terms, conditions, interest rates, or practices of any financial institution. The institute shall not be held responsible or accountable for any dispute, loss, or liability — financial or otherwise — arising from any loan arrangement entered into by an applicant, whether through a recommended institution or independently.

All content, resources, and materials provided by Ageless Institute — including but not limited to study notes, presentations (PPT), video and audio recordings, contact details, course outlines, and any other documents shared via online or offline channels — are the exclusive intellectual property of Ageless Institute and are fully protected under applicable copyright laws.

Applicants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and ethical standard of conduct at all times — whether interacting with fellow applicants, trainers, lecturers, staff, or the general public in relation to Ageless Institute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrolment:

Where Ageless Institute determines that an applicant has engaged in conduct that damages the reputation or brand of the institute, it reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, including but not limited to defamation claims. All legal costs incurred in such proceedings shall be borne solely by the applicant found to be in breach.

Ageless Institute is committed to supporting students in their professional journeys and provides career guidance and job assistance as part of its broader student support services. However, applicants must clearly understand the scope and limitations of this assistance:

• Ageless Institute provides career guidance, industry connections, and job-seeking support — it does not guarantee or assure employment, nationally or internationally.

• Any verbal or written promise of guaranteed employment made by a staff member or counsellor outside of these Terms is not binding on the institute and will not be acknowledged.

• Career outcomes are determined by the individual student's skills, effort, professionalism, and market conditions — factors beyond the institute's control.

Ageless Institute shall not be held liable for any failure to secure employment, business success, or professional outcomes following completion of a course. The institute expressly disclaims responsibility for any loss or damage — direct or indirect — arising from a student's professional performance or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ageless Institute shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from enrolment in or completion of any course

• Any claims relating to professional practice, business performance, or career outcomes

• Any acts, omissions, or representations by third-party service providers including financial institutions, placement agencies, or partner organisations

By enrolling, applicants agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Ageless Institute, its directors, staff, and representatives against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from the applicant's conduct, misuse of institute materials, or breach of these Terms.

Upon successful completion of an Ageless Institute programme, students will receive a certificate recognising the skills acquired during their course. Applicants must understand the following important limitations regarding these certifications:

• Certificates issued by Ageless Institute are awarded solely in recognition of skill development and do not constitute a professional licence to practise.

• These certificates do not authorise the holder to independently perform advanced medical or clinical procedures, including but not limited to Botulinum Toxin (BTX/Botox) injections, dermal fillers, or hair transplant procedures.

• Such procedures must be performed by, or under the direct supervision of, a qualified medical practitioner (M.B.B.S. or equivalent) in compliance with all applicable laws, medical regulations, and professional standards in force at the relevant time and jurisdiction.

Ageless Institute is firmly opposed to all forms of malpractice, misrepresentation, and unethical conduct. The institute shall not be responsible for any claims made by applicants, clients, or third parties arising from the improper, unethical, or unlawful application of skills learned through our programmes.

Students are expected to practise their skills ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with all applicable industry standards, professional codes, and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

Ageless Institute reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on our official website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/State], India.
